The results of our ‘1869’ Club Player of the Year are in!
Of the 21 votes cast, Ryan Carlson received 16 votes.
Therefore it gives me great pleasure to announce that the ‘1869’ Club 2019/20 1st Team Player of the Season is Ryan Carlson!
It is fair to say that the choice of Ryan was fairly comprehensive and reflects the all action style and full commitment of Ryan regardless of the match situation. He has been a great credit to the Club since arriving from South Africa and it is pleasing to note that he has also made selection to the National Two North Team of the Year.
As always, it has to be mentioned that this award is made by the ‘1869’ Club Members who follow the 1st team home and away and consequently is a very prestigious award.
So, congratulations to Ryan and well done!
