MEMBERS NOTICE
Members are advised that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will take place on THURSDAY 19th JULY 2012 at 7.30 p.m. in the Clubhouse at Lightfoot Green to receive the accounts for the year May 2011 – April 2012 & to elect the officers of the Club.
Nominations for all posts, plus any items of other business, must be received by the Hon. Secretary in the Club Office by 5 p.m. on Monday 16th July 2011.
