GAME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Game Management System (GMS) is the database that the RFU use to record all players, parents, coaches, training courses and anything else connected with rugby in England.
Registration / Affiliation of Players is now carried out in GMS only – paper registration forms are no longer used.
All Parents must have an account in GMS and create/maintain a separate record for each child – once the child record is created, the parent may request Affiliation to play at a club.
