Summer Camps draw to a close

Date: 28 August 2015

Friday 28th August saw the end of the Rugby World Cup Camp and the end of the Hoppers Summer Camps after 5 successful weeks.

In the final week, the kids were placed into four World Cup teams; England, Ireland, Wales and New Zealand. They took part in the regular camp activities that have run all summer like rugby cricket and rugby paintball as well a Rugby World Cup quiz.

The camps finished off in style with a World Cup tag tournament. Hopefully, the outcome of the tournament won’t be replicated at the real tournament in the next two months because New Zealand were crowned champions of the Hoppers World Cup Camp!

The club would like to thank all the coaches who have run the camps as well as the UK Military School who ran one day per week at the camps throughout the summer.

Details of the next Hoppers Rugby Camps will be released soon.
