The meeting will take place at the Clubhouse at Lightfoot Green to receive the accounts for the year May 2024 – April 2025 and to elect the officers of the Club.

Nominations for all posts plus any items of other business, must be received by: the Hon. Secretary via email at secretary@pgrfc.co.uk by 5 p.m. on Monday 1st September 2025.
