The meeting will take place in the Clubhouse at Lightfoot Green to receive the accounts for the year May 2025 – April 2026 and to elect the officers of the Club.

Nominations for all posts plus any items of other business must be received by the Hon. Secretary via email at secretary@pgrfc.co.uk by 5 p.m. on Monday 24th August 2026.
