The action kicks off on Friday night as Ireland look to stay in the top three when they take on Wales, who will be aiming to climb off the bottom of the table.

Saturday brings a huge double-header. First, the top two sides in the table – Scotland and France – go head-to-head in a battle for the top spot.

Then the highlight of the action – Italy face England in what promises to be another exciting clash.
