Are you a people-focused hospitality pro who knows how to keep both the taps flowing and the kitchen thriving? We’re looking for a Bar & Catering Manager to lead the charge at our vibrant sports club — managing everything from match day pints to major community events.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee all bar and catering operations – from ordering stock to delivering an unforgettable experience on match days and at club events.
• Lead, hire, and train a team of bar and catering staff to provide warm, efficient service to members and guests.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other club personnel to keep everything running smoothly.
• Manage stock, review pricing, and help maximise our revenue while keeping things fresh and exciting.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and uphold all relevant licensing laws.
• Get involved with budgeting, profit forecasting, and making sure our facilities are being used to their full potential year-round.

What We’re Looking For:
• Solid leadership and organisational skills.
• Bar or catering management experience (bonus if you’ve held a license before).
• Comfortable managing stock, handling money, and keeping a close eye on margins.
• Able to motivate a team and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience with budgets, revenue tracking, and supplier negotiation is a big plus.
• Front-of-house skills and procurement experience? Even better.
