It appears more motivational speeches are needed after losses in our matches last week against Total Fitness Whitefield 1sts and Bury 1sts. Chin up guys we’ve proven we can do it, and we still had some strong performances despite the loss, so it isn’t all bad.

Its onward and upward for next week’s games. Remember Jess’s training sessions are always there for those who want to sharpen their skills, she will be happy to have you (though I don't think anyone is happy during a fitness session).

Next week we are once again in a civil war with both teams against the other, its going to be all to play for so good luck to both teams!
