The wheels well and truly fell off the Scunthorpe wagon in the second half as a rampant Grasshoppers side scored eight tries in the last 40 minutes to secure a comfortable win and a bonus point.
Sam Freeman and Billy Glover both got tries whilst Jacob Browne added a second half brace too.
Williams also added another earning himself a well-deserved hat-trick as did hooker Harry Holden who scored three tries in the second half with the final score line reading 74-7
Scunthorpe will look to bounce back next week when they host Fylde meanwhile Preston Grasshoppers will look to continue their momentum as they travel to Tynedale.
