Game Rules: Updated November 2025

• The Preston Grasshoppers RFC community lottery will be known as; “PGRFC 500 Club”
• The promoter of the lottery is Neil Ashton.
• The aim of the lottery is to attract 500 subscribed lines each month.
• The cost of each entry line will be £5 per month, multiple lines are permitted by individual players.
• Payment will be taken via a monthly direct debit.
• All entry lines which have been paid for between the preceding month’s qualification date and the second last Thursday in the month of a draw will be included in the monthly draw.
• All entry lines for the Christmas draw must qualify for the December draw.
• The Christmas Bonus draw will be made during the last home game before Christmas
• Subscriptions will be taken via Direct Debit via the on-line purchase mechanism
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be drawn on the last Thursday of each month using a computer based random number generator application. If any of the numbers generated are vacant lines a further number will be re-drawn accordingly.
• Monthly prizes will be as follows : 1st = £250, 2nd = £85, 3rd = £35
• £100 each month will contribute to a one-off Christmas bonus draw.
• Prize values will be reviewed from time to time and reflect increases in subscription levels
• Surplus income generated will be donated to Club funds in support of ongoing projects and running costs.
• Winners will be contacted via their preferred method of contact and their details published on the 500 Club webpage and Hoppers’ social media feeds.
• Prizes will be paid via electronic transfer as soon as possible after the draw.
