Adults

Sign in or create your GMS account. Existing members may already have one; use “Forgotten password” if needed and check your personal details.

If you are an adult rugby player, complete player registration. Check that any linked family members are visible.

Choose Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum club membership and select annual payment or the instalment option.

Add rugby, squash or cycling membership as required. Add any eligible linked family members before checkout.

Check all products, prices and discounts in your basket, pay by debit or credit card, then access your digital membership card from your GMS profile.

Mini, Junior & Colts families

Sign in through the parent or carer’s GMS account and make sure the child is linked.

Register the child to play, if required, and add the child playing subscription first.

Add subscriptions for any siblings.

Add optional discounted adult membership and any adult playing memberships.

Check the family basket, confirm that eligible discounts have been applied and complete payment.

Your digital card

Once payment is complete, open your GMS profile to find your digital membership card. Add it to your phone wallet and present it when using member benefits.

The club plans to enable the card for match-day gate access after the transition is complete. Existing bar cards will continue for a limited period, and the club will publish the switch-off date before they stop working.

No smartphone? Physical versions of the digital card will be available to any member who requires one.
