Why are membership fees increasing?

The cost of running the club has increased, including energy, insurance, maintenance, equipment, staffing and day-to-day operations. The revised fees help protect our facilities and sporting opportunities while investing in the club’s future.

Why do I have to use GMS?

GMS already manages club membership information and rugby player registration. Using one secure system reduces duplicated administration and lets members manage their details, payments and digital cards.

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. Instalment options cost 5% more than the annual price. The total and the amount of each instalment are shown on the Memberships page and in GMS. Check the payment dates before confirming your purchase.

Do I need club membership as well as a playing add-on?

Yes. Adults choose a base Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum membership, then add the sport they play. Adult rugby and squash players use Silver or above as their base club membership.

How does a child membership work?

Buy the Mini, Junior or Colt child playing subscription first. You can then add subscriptions for siblings and optional discounted adult membership through the linked family account.

Does the bar discount include tea and coffee?

No. It applies to eligible alcoholic drinks and soft drinks purchased from the clubhouse bar. Tea and coffee are not included.

What match discount do I receive?

Bronze, Silver and Gold members receive 50% discounted entry to First XV home league matches. Platinum includes a season ticket with free entry to those matches.

Which memberships include voting rights?

Silver, Gold and Platinum include voting rights. Bronze does not.

Can I play more than one sport?

The membership structure is designed to allow more than one playing add-on where appropriate. Add each available sport in GMS and check your basket before checkout.

Where is my digital membership card?

After payment, open your GMS profile. Your digital card can be added to your phone wallet and presented when using member benefits.

When will existing bar cards stop working?

There will be a transition period. The club will publish the switch-off date before existing cards stop working.
