Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 31st July 2014 at 7.30 p.m in the Clubhouse at Lightfoot Green to receive the accounts for the year May 2013 – April 2014 and to elect the officers of the Club.
Nominations for all posts, plus any items of other business, must be received by the Hon. Secretary in the Club Office by 5 p.m. on Monday 28th July 2014.
