Bramhall joins Hoppers

Date: 22 June 2016

Preston Grasshoppers are pleased to announce the signing on Rob Bramhall, a tenacious back-rower from Waterloo. The 25 year old has established himself as one of the key members in the Waterloo squad, which last year finished 4th in National league 3 North.

Upon signing for the club Rob said “I’m looking forward to the chance to play National 2 rugby for a well established club like Preston. It was a tough decision leaving Waterloo, as they have helped me to develop and I have had an enjoyable time at the club. However, I live just outside Preston and Hoppers is my local club. I already know many of the players from growing up in the area and I am keen to get involved with the lads and push for a 1st XV place.”

Director of Rugby Alan Holmes Said “We are extremely pleased that Rob has joined us at Preston. He is a hard working player with a great attitude, which is a trait that is core to the Hoppers squad and as such I have no doubt that he will fit in well.”
