2nd XV team news for Penrith game

Date: 20 October 2011

The second team welcome Penrith to Lightfoot Lane on Saturday and will be eager to maintain their perfect start to the season. Training has been tough this week as the squad focus on trying to improve as the weeks go by. Penrith, who came up from the first division last season have struggled and sit third from bottom. However, any match involving Lancashire and Cumbria is sure to be a competitive contest.

Congratulations to Alex Austin and Rich Morton who have been promoted to the first team and shall be making the trip down to Luctonians. Loughy’s men welcome back Will Keenan who has been out for 2 months through injury whilst Niall Crossley comes back into the three-quarters. Squad rotation sees Chris Gale and Connor Murphy drop to the bench whilst Cameron Berry is absent through injury

Meet time is 1-30pm prompt for a 3-00pm kick off. The squad is as follows:
