Three of Hoppers youngsters are making their county debuts for Lancashire U17’s this weekend. John Mackenzie, Andrew Hulme & George Wilkes have been named in the squad to face Yorkshire at Halifax on Sunday.

As well as playing for the Colts this season both John and George have also starred for the 2nd team in recent weeks and fully deserve their county call up. Everyone involved with the club wishes them every success in their forthcoming fixtures against Yorkshire, Cheshire and Staffs.
