MEMBERS NOTICE
Members are advised that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will take place on THURSDAY 4th JULY 2013 at 7.30 p.m. in the Clubhouse at Lightfoot Green to receive the accounts for the year May 2012 – April 2013 & to elect the officers of the Club.
Nominations for all posts, plus any items of other business, must be received by the Hon. Secretary in the Club Office by 5 p.m. on Monday 1st July 2013.
At an important time for the club, members are urged to attend if possible. This is an opportunity to ask questions on the club’s future.
