Members and friends of the club will be saddened to hear of the death of Anne Alden on Tuesday 27th January, peacefully after a long illness which she fought with dignity, aged 70 years.
The dearest wife of former club president Malcolm, the wonderful mum of Claire and Julie, an amazing nanna to Luke and Harvey, the devoted daughter of Doreen Sharples and the dear sister of Eric.
The Funeral Service will take place at Broughton Parish Church of St. John the Baptist on Thursday 5th February at 9.30am prior to committal at Preston Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to ‘St. Catherine’s Hospice’.
