PGRFC are delighted to announce that BBC Radio Lancashire will be hosting their evening sports show live from Lightfoot Green next Tuesday, 24th October between 6-7pm.
The show will be talking to all the movers and shakers at the club and will have access to all areas giving listeners a flavour of what goes on at the club on a day to day basis and of course what Head Coach Paul Arnold and his team do on a Tuesday evening as part of their weekly preparations.
Head of Rugby Operations Gareth Dyer will have a foot in both camps, given he co-hosts the Monthly Rugby Program on BBC Radio Lancashire with main presenter Phil Cunliffe.
Dyer said “Phil wants to take the show out on the road so that the listeners can hopefully get a real feel as to what happens around our local clubs on a day to day basis. It really will be access all areas at Hoppers and we will be talking to a number of people involved with the club as well as some of the supporters who enjoy a midweek drink in our Wainwright Bar. We will be talking to a real mix of people from across all the sections and its a great opportunity to showcase the breadth of people the club caters for”.
Members are invited to come down to the Wainwright Bar to participate in the show.
