Many changes to rugby union include different formats and the rise of the women and girls game. To ensure that the way the RFU operates as an NGB is fit for purpose, as far as is possible, for the next 5/10 years, the RFU Council has agreed that a review should take place.
Part of this process is creating a voluntary role for someone from the wider community game to have input. This person will play a pivotal role and applications are invited for this position. We ask that you share this within your clubs and constituent bodies.
