The 2nd XV take on Caldy this weekend, looking to get back playing after last weekend’s game was washed out at Sedgley Park. ‘Hoppers need a minor miracle if they are to win the league after disappointing defeats away to Macclesfield and Sale FC. However after beating Macclesfield last time out they are buoyed with confidence going into what looks like a more comfortable run of fixtures.
Following the 2nd XV game on Saturday, England play Ireland at Twickenham and for those who aren’t lucky enough to have tickets to the live event, the game is being shown on the big screen in the club house. Kick off is 2pm for the 2nd XV and 4pm for the England game and .
The club is providing a pre-match Chinese buffet for £10 a head. As normal the bar is open from 12. We will be serving the buffet from 1pm. Great food, drink and rugby is all on offer on Saturday, so please come down and support the mighty 2s!
