We are delighted to announce the November winner of the “Club Player of the Month” award winner.
This award is given to a player who has played in the Club’s 3rd-6th XV section and has impressed a panel of judges (made up of the captains from those sides and the Head of Rugby Operations) with their dedication and approach during the previous month.
The delayed November winner of the Club Player of the Month award is Claude Kirton who is a little camera shy hence no picture!! Claude has returned to playing this season after some time away from the game and is a regular week in week out performer for the club. Happy to play for any team at any venue, the second row has impressed with his play and has become a regular in the 3rd XV but has featured across the club.
The panel’s comments were “Claude has returned to the game and it’s like he has never been away. He’s played for all teams during November and will play where asked without any hesitation. He always wants a game and is a captains dream given his reliability, the attitude he has and the effort he puts in week in week out”.
