We are delighted to announce the January winner of the “Club Player of the Month” award winner.
This award is given to a player who has played in the Club’s 3rd-6th XV section and has impressed a panel of judges (made up of the captains from those sides and the Head of Rugby Operations) with their dedication and approach during that month.
The January winner of the Club Player of the Month award was Chris Nuttall. Chris is having a superb season having been a regular Man of the Match contender on the pitch and proving to be a top match reporter off it! Happy to play for any team at any venue, Chris has been a mainstay of the social sides this year proving a reliable operator and someone keen to help in whatever capacity he can.
The panel’s comments were “Chris is a top guy who is always happy to get stuck in. His excellent match reports have just proved what an all-rounder he is. Surely someone destined for leadership roles in the future??”.
