PGRFC has noted the announcement that Preston has been declared an ‘area of intervention’ by government and that additional restrictions came into effect from midnight 7 August.
The club has accordingly reviewed its current arrangements to ensure it remains totally compliant and a safe environment to welcome our members and visitors.
On this basis, the clubs Rugby Management Committee have taken the decision to suspend all rugby training until further notice. This became effective immediately and all rugby sections have communicated this to their coaches. This decision will be reviewed each week upon receipt of the local update.
The Social Distance Inn will remain open as permitted by the guidelines and our current arrangements for welcoming customers remain in place.
