Jane Lyth will be at the club on Sunday 7th September trom 1:30pm onwards to complete DBS/CRB applications, both new and renewal.
Please would any Mini/Junior coach/manager who may need to complete a DBS application contact Jane to arrange a slot, Jane can be contacted on lyth@talktalk.net
As a reminder, people will need their National Insurance number and 3 forms of ID e.g. passport, driving licence , utility bill to complete their application.
