It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of PGRFC 1st XV Assistant Coach Donny Sutherland.
Donny died on Wednesday 3rd November after battling illness in recent months. The club wishes to extend its sincere condolences to his wife Ronnie, their children and the rest of the Sutherland family.
Donny was a hugely popular and well respected member of the club. He was well known across the local rugby fraternity from his time at Ormskirk RUFC and Myerscough College. His passing leaves a huge hole in the senior squad.
His funeral will take place on Friday 19th November at 4pm at the West Lancashire Crematorium in Pippin Street, Burscough.
