Preston Grasshoppers have teamed up with local first aid training company Lancashire First Aid Training (LFAT) to provide first aid courses at the club.
The initial collaboration began with the club’s desire to ensure many of its staff undertook a formal first aid course and gained a recognised qualification. After the first couple of training sessions it became apparent that there was wider interest in these courses and so extra course dates have been booked over the coming months.
LFAT will be running ‘Emergency First Aid At Work’ courses at the club at the special rate of £70 per person. Each course runs for 6 hours and the day includes lunch. The course meets the regulatory standards for workplace first aiders and is certified by the Awarding Body, ITC Ltd. A first aid manual and certificate will be provided to everyone completing the course.
Courses will run at the clubhouse on the following dates from 9am – 4pm.

- April 22nd
- May 14th
