It is with sincere regret that we announce the passing of Graham Robinson a Hoppers player and lifelong supporter.
Graham started his playing career at the Hoppers in the 1970s playing for many years at fly half for the first and second teams.
Until recently Graham would watch the first team games from the stand but eventually had to stop coming due to his ill health.
He was an all round sportsman representing the club at squash, whilst also being the professional at Morecambe cricket club and playing golf to a high standard.
Graham started his working career as a school teacher and finally retired as a headmaster by the mid nineties.
He met and married Jean who also had an interest in golf. Jean had a daughter Nicola and grandson Kyle of whom Graham was very proud and attached.
A service for Graham will take place at 12.15 on Thursday 4th May at Pleasington crematorium.
