Good Friday, 15th April, saw a superb turnout at Lightfoot Green for a Hoppers vs Fylde U23 game in memory of Hoppers 1st XV Coach Donny Sutherland. Fylde won the game 31-12 but the real winner were the charities chosen to receive the gate and raffle proceeds.
Over £2,200 (and rising) was raised to be split between Lancashire Mind and Queenscourt Hospice in memory of Donny. Thank you to everyone who contributed to these great causes. Below are Mike Craig’s pictures from the day.
