Some of Hoppers best young players were in action for Lancashire Under 20s at the weekend with a game at Twickenham at stake.
The Red Rose travelled to Hertfordshire to play in the semi-final of the Jason Leonard Cup with young Hoppers
Ewan Naylor, Sam Stott and Connor Johnson (pictured above) amongst their ranks. Unfortunately scrum-half Matt Hayes-Danson was ruled out with injury.
Lancashire produced the goods for a 22-12 win on away soil and will play rivals Yorkshire in the final. The two sides met in the group stage with the white rose of Yorkshire winning 35-25. The game is to be played on Sunday 5th May at Twickenham. Let’s hope the red rose reigns this time! Good luck lads!
