Lancashire make it to Twickenham

Lancashire saw off Cheshire on Saturday to reach a sixth consecutive Twickenham final of the Bill Beaumont County Championship. A tight game was edged 25-19 at Sedgley Park.

It will be a repeat of the 2013 final when Lancashire will face Cornwall at Twickenham on Sunday, 1st June at 12.15pm. The game will be shown live on Sky Sports before England take on the Barbarians.

Preston Grasshoppers were represented by Sean Taylor and Phil Baines who started at full back and on the wing.
