Whilst the club appreciates the photos and match reports currently being submitted by various members, the club is keen to see more match reports and photos from all teams on the website. As such we would invite any budding photo journalists to submit brief match reports and photos of any games to our webmaster at john.peterson@pgrfc.co.uk.
Match reports don’t need to be great literary efforts and as a bare minimum results and names of scorers would suffice. A maximum of 20 photos per game is suggested and the preferred format is jpeg in the best quality possible. These can then be uploaded on to the club’s Facebook Page so that they can be seen by as many people as possible.
As the club would like to build up its archive a team photo would also be appreciated. If you introduce yourself to the captain before the game he/she will arrange to line the players up before kick off, preferably in two rows with front row kneeling.
As an encouragement the club is offering a prize of £25 to be added to a members card for the best photo of the season.
