All Minis made the journey up to Kirkby Lonsdale this weekend.
The U11s really played well and earned a resounding victory, but more important than the result was the way they played – putting into practice some of the things they have been trying in training… great stuff! U12s won 3 out of the 4 quarters played to beat Kirkby and allow the full squad to get involved.
The U13s and U14s had Blacksticks Blue Cup matches this weekend, the U13s claimed a victory over East City Saints who unfortunately weren’t able to raise a team, while the U14s won 30*-0 away at Southport to finish top of their pool after winning all 6 of their games.
The U15s were in action but suffered a home defeat 19-44 at the hands of Sefton.
The Junior Colts lost out to Vale of Lune at home 15-28 in another tough encounter, while the Senior Colts beat Sandbach at home 24-0 to maintain their place at the top of Pool A with just 2 games to go in the league.
