The 1st XV continue their pre-season campaign this Saturday 18th August against National League one opposition Caldy
Hoppers have a double header have a double header this weekend. The 1st XV will face National One opposition with Caldy the visitors to Lightfoot Green. The kick off will be 2.30pm. Meanwhile the 2nd XV will host Heaton Moor also at Lightfoot Green. The kick off time for this fixture is to be confirmed but is likely to kick off before the 1st XV game. Manchester based Moor are now coached by former Hoppers favourite Mark “Bunny” Edwards and another former Hoppers favourite Matt Hughes has appeared in recent seasons. However at this point there is no word as to whether “Psycho” Hughes will be making an appearance at the Green.
