Tomorrow, 11th August, sees former 1st XV legend Russ Flynn embark on his most gruelling charity challenge yet.
Russ and his wife Sarah are aiming to complete 10 marathons in 5 days to travel from London Tower to Blackpool Tower. They are planning to run a marathon each on all 5 days to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
