For the 2nd successive season Preston Grasshoppers RFC was awarded the Senior Club of the Year at the Lancashire RFU awards dinner. The Senior Club of the Year award recognises the achievements of the club at all levels. The club was well represented by all sections of the rugby club with minis, juniors, ladies, colts, senior teams and club management in attendance.

Sean Taylor and Eddie Webster were also recognised for their fine individual seasons with Sean Taylor receiving the Lancashire Young Player of the season on the eve of his trip to Belgium with the England Counties Squad. Eddie was named as the Lancashire Under 2o player of the year. Eddie also enjoyed a fine season having represented Lancashire U20’s and then England Counties U20’s on their tour to Georgia.
