All members are invited to attend a Special General Meeting (SGM) of Preston Grasshoppers RFC Ltd to be held in the Dooley Suite of the club house at 7pm on Thursday 15th June 2017.
The motions for the SGM to consider are:
1. That approval be granted to dispose of land at the junction of Lightfoot Lane and Lightfoot Green Lane for a care home development on the basis of terms agreed with the developer.
2. That approval in principle be granted to dispose of land adjacent to Lingala for a development of the Lingala site on terms to be agreed. The Management Committee
