The annual Mini-Junior Sportsman’s dinner will be held on Friday 8th February (7:00pm for 7:30pm) at the clubhouse – tickets are available now at £40 per head from Hugh Duckworth. Guest speaker for the evening is former British Lion and Scottish international Doddie Weir. The evening is hosted by Master of Ceremonies Malcom Lord.
The dinner also celebrates those Junior players that have completed 10 years at the club – “From Knee High to a Grasshopper” – funds raised will go to the Mini/Junior section. This year an impressive ten lads will be honoured in this way.
