It’s our British Lions themed Summer Ball on the 23rd June and initially the event was to be a fundraiser for the club, but in light of the recent tragic news about ex 1st XV player Billy Woof, the management committee have decided that the event should go towards aiding Billy’s recovery.
There are still 3 tables of 10 left for the event, and it would be great if we could sell out and raise funds to help Billy. The cost is £40 per head and if anyone is interested in attending then please contact Richard Ellis at richard.ellis@pgrfc.co.uk.
The Ball will be the first in a series of activities that the club will be carrying out for Billy, including fundraising plans for the 1st XV’s home game against Birkenhead Park this coming season.
