Training on Tuesday 4th December for the 1st and 2nd XV’s is at West View Leisure Centre, West View, Ribbleton, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 5EP.
The session will run from 7-8pm on an astro-turf pitch so please wear trainers and arrive at 6.45pm so that a warm up can take place.
Afterwards there will be a short video session at the club for the 1st XV only.
Players who need to see the physio should go to the club for treatment but please make the coach aware of this.
