Following the Lancashire trials, six of the current Preston Grasshoppers U16 team and two from the U15s have been selected to represent Lancashire at U16 this year:
Calum Owen, George Pearson, Josh Rawlinson, Arron Reed, Matt Sturgess and Morgan Sword of the U16s will be joined by Sam Dugdale and Kieran Wilkinson of the U15s in a series of matches this autumn kicking off with a Roses clash on 26th October followed by games against Chesire and a combined Cumbria/Northumberland/Durham side.
A great success for Junior Rugby at Hoppers with a number of other players narrowly missing out.
