Under 9s versus Lymm

A sensational performance from the two Hoppers under 9s teams today against Lymm. It wasn’t looking too hopeful as we travelled down the motorway in driving rain, however the sun came out and our boys were shining too.
Some thundering tackles and brilliant covering saw the greens beat their two Lymm teams 8-0 and 8-3 by tries. And the reds came back strongly after a 5-3 loss in the first game to triumph 9-5 in their second game thanks to more good tackling and some brilliant runs. Every member of the squad had their Game Heads on and it really showed. Well done lads! It could have been anyone from the whole 18 but this week’s player of the week was Eli.
